Very friendly staff.
Run down and dirty interior.

Good basic place to stay. Room was a huge disappointment.

The price.
I did not like the front desk staff, very rude.

I did not like this hotel, very small hotel. The front desk staff was rude. When we asked questions she didn't have any answers.

A good no-frills, relatively quiet, clean, decent location for quick meals and convenient shopping. The neighborhood location is very comfortable for a value hotel. Wi-Fi in the room was easy and included although the connection was a little unreliable. Street access to the hotel is right turn only which was a tad annoying. Fresh pot of coffee was always on in the lobby!

The staff gave us a free room upgrade.
There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

This was a very convenient hotel for us to stay at. My husband is from this area and familiar with it and we have friends who live close. It was very quiet and the vending was very reasonably priced. The lap pool looked very nice although was unable to use it. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The staff was not very helpful or friendly.

The room was okay. The tub had a dirt build-up on the bottom. I feel that they could have fixed it with bleach. The free breakfast was marginal. We had sour milk and moldy bread once. The front desk staff was not helpful. They spoke poor English. They could not even provide basic directions. There was not shuttle service or info on buses, cabs, etc.

Absolutely nothing.
Filthy, incompetent and rude desk help, bugs in the bed.

I woke up the next morning with bites all over from the bed bugs. This was a horror show. I could write a short novel about it. The desk help was the most incompetent and oblivious hotel staff I have ever dealt with, but they matched the flavor of the hotel perfectly.

Clean, well kept rooms.
The curtains caught up in the A/C limited cooling ability.

A nice place to stay for a night or two. Cleaner than others I've stayed at.

Location to events I attended.
Staff broke into friends room. Lead to speculation about my room.

The hotel is in a good location and clean and comfortable. Friends room was broke into. Wasn't sure what to expect for my room. Had to put valuables in car.

Convenient location for my trip.
Too long to check in.

It took an hour (literally) to get in to the room. They gave me a wrong room after about a long check in process, and I had to go back to the reception desk to get the right room. Room was okay but was smelling like smoking.

Boiled eggs for breakfast.
Hotel lobby has windows into pool area.

Great place to stay with liquor and food within walking distance. Not far from the Rosemont stop on the Blue Line if you want to take the train around (best idea). Perfect place to stay for shows at the Allstate arena.
