Nothing.
The hot was dirty the rooms were very old and not up to date. Horrible.
The rooms were really awful. They did not compare at all to other ones we stayed at of the same rateing and amount. Very bad and disappionting. We could not get an outside phone line at all that night, or cell phone, or be able to hook up to the wireless network. All bad.

Great pool.
Traffic noise outside, smoke odor in room.
Nice lobby, restaurant closed but plenty nearby, room pleasant but smoke odor, aging but well maintained, great outdoor pool, I-40 noise at pool, Wi-Fi, computer available.

It had a nice hot breakfast.
It was old; the interiors were dated and a little frayed.

Refer & micro wave in room.
Ice machine by room "out of order". Had to go to office for ice.
Very clean and convenient to i-40. Liked the inclusion of the refrigerator & micro wave and the extra sink separate from the one in the bathroom.

It's the first hotel off the Interstate, it had very good rates.
The parking lot could be resurfaced, has some pot holes.
It is a very good hotel, not great, but very good. The location next to the Interstate was very quite, close to a number of restaurants. A week later we stayed in this same hotel on our return trip for what it offered.

Convenient location, just off the freeway.
Breakfast bar supposedly ends at 9 but was severely depleted by 8:30 and staff would not restock.
The lobby & rooms were clean. Desk staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. However, the breakfast bar was a disappointment. We were told it when we checked in that it would be open until 9 and included hot items like eggs & sausage. When we got there at about 8:25, the eggs were gone and only two sausages remained. When I asked the staff person when they would restock, she said she would not and did not apologize for it. "I'm just filling in," she said, as if that gave her a valid reason not to keep the breakfast bar stocked. One of the reasons we chose this motel was because they advertised a hot breakfast. Instead, we got a continental breakfast. read more

They offer a decent breakfast.
Walls are a little thin, but not as bad as a sleep inn.
This hotel is a great, price friendly choice if you're traveling and need a place to stop for the night. Much beyond that, Tucumcari has little to offer. I've stayed there twice now and been happy both times.
