nice hotel in downtown sudbury, clean friendly next to police station and close to via station. area a bit sketchy.

The front desk folks at reception were almost always missing in action, otherwise cool people and good people too.
Liked everything really, saw Bob Dylan down the street, walking distance 300 yards. To see Bob Dylan, I would sleep in a pile of dung.

Nice hotel. Worth the value.

The shower wasn't drying weather properly and contacted a fungal infection on my foots.

It's ok. but need to be carefully with the shower drainages.

Our room was dirty; bedroom floor had not been vacuumed, bathroom not cleaned, coffee pot and cups dirty.

We complained to the assistant manager and met with the housekeeping in the morning. They apologized someone had not done their job. Send us an e-mail to make sure we would go back. We had been at that hotel twice before, a few years back, and it was very clean and comfortable. This is the second time in a couple of months that we have been disappointed in Sudbury. In both cases we had been guests before and were quite satisfied but with the new management things have changed. read more
