Super friendly front desk staff.
Early risers made noise in the hallway as did parties from a reception the night before.

Cheap.
2 dead dried up bugs on the floor, a nasty stain on one of the beds and it sounded like a hoe hotel at night.

The hotel was cheap, should of been cheaper. Breakfast includes waffles, cereal & toast. It was OK but I doubt I'd stay their again.

Great hospitality and friendly staff, If you needed something you were accommodated right away!
Was disappointed that there was no pool.

Was a nice hotel to stay and very clean the staff were excellent and made our stay very comfortable thank you.

It was in a perfect location to be. We had to go the staff was nice and room was clean.
I have nothing to say it was perfect for our needs.

The rooms were clean the breakfast was good save us money there when traveling with kids location was perfect for us.

It was close to the 401, arenas and shopping.
Sound travels through the building.

It was the only place left with rooms and would have been a good hotel for attending a hockey tournament, nothing flashy, but we were there basically to sleep. The hotel has had a make over, but really needs a total gutting or new building given that it is in a good location. The room door had a 1/2 inch gap at the top and people were running up and down the hallways until 4am, we had to be up at 6am for a 7:30 game, needless to say we did not get any sleep. Woke up to writing on the walls of the hallway, why they don't have security is beyond me. I would only stay there again if I was really stuck for a room. read more
