The hotel staff was extremely nice and welcomed us as we entered the hotel.

The hotel was super clean, friendly staff and easy to get to right off the highway. The address provided for the hotel was incorrect but we were able to call the hotel and get the correct address and it was not too far from were we ended up. The customer service was exceptional and although we did not eat at the hotel they had two restaurants, one was a pub style and one a little more elegant and romantic. I would definitely eat there next time I visit. I don't have anything bad to say about this best western. Our stay was terrific! read more

It seemed to have an excellent Sunday buffet, although we didn't know it was going to be so great and already had plans elsewhere.
The beds were hard for a 2.5 star, which normally a 2.5 is a courtyard Marriott for us and those have awesome beds.

This was a very nice hotel, but it probably should be a 2 star, based on the beds. The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean and in great repair. They seemed to have a very nice Sunday buffet with piano player, but we already had plans and couldn't go. We liked this hotel a lot, although we prefer to have nicer beds and normally stay at a 3 star unless it's absolutely necessary to stay at a 2 star. read more
