Nice decor and comfortable room.
Housekeeping did not restock room or empty trash.

Pleasant stay; good restaurants with good value; friendly and FAST check-in service; only issue was with Housekeeping (did not empty trash or restock amenities like soap and coffee).

Best shower I've ever had in a hotel! Beautiful!
Nothing.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in! Great value. I only stayed one night but I would've stayed a week if I could've. The restaurants were both great too! Very friendly staff! Very clean too!!

Clean hotel, and friendly staff.
Bathroom grout was a bit dirty.

Priced fairly, located in easy to find on/off ramp. Near many food locations.

Hotel was located close to all Lancaster attractions. The staff were professional throughout. The kids loved the pools indoor/out and the game room. Beautiful hotel.

Very nice facilities.
When checking in their was a lot of confusion about my room and stay.

The hotel is very nice. The decor of the lobby, hallways and rooms display class. However, upon arrival they did not have record of the adjustments to our reservations that we called about. Although we called ahead of time and secured our request upon arrival they could / would not accomodate it. The desk clerk became a little descending when speaking to us about it. We were placed in a room next to the elevator which was loud throughout the night. read more

Very modern and clean. No noise after 10:30 PM.
Not much was negative, more parking spaces required.

Geared more toward business travelers but did not expect Disney world.

Wonderful breakfast brunch.
The hallways were stuffy...they needed to be aired out.

Very helpful staff. A great spot for Lancaster fun and also for quiet nights. We will return for another stay in the future.

The location, lobby, and decor was nice.
The room was too small, double beds instead of queen, the fitted sheets wouldn't stay on the beds,

This was like a resort that was probably great in the 80's but hasn't been kept up. The room was too small, and the bathroom especially was tiny. The sinks are in the room with the toilet thus making it inconvenient for multiple guests to get dressed, etc. The TV was great... an LG!

This hotel was elegant but affordable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Eden Resort. It will meet any expectations of any traveler. High 5's and roses to all the great staff.
