It was dirty, smelled, and didn't even have an elevator. Awful. Would never stay there again.

Awful. Would never stay there again. It was dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it claimed to be all nonsmoking. It didn't feel clean anywhere. There wasn't an elevator. There were elderly people trying to manage the stairs and were in pain. It was pitiful. I was sorely disappointed.

Amazed at the breakfast selections and the staff who kept everything neat and clean.
The mattress was a little soft.

We enjoyed our stay and would probably do it again as all the staff was very helpful.

When I first found out that I would be staying at a Best Western, I was not excited. However I found the hotel exceeded my expetations. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and well layed out. The hotel was in a good and safe location in Edmond. Be advised that the hotel does not have an elevator so if you don't like stairs, be sure to ask for a room on the first floor instead of the second. While we were there they were redecorating the second floor. This was a very nice hotel. read more
