The staff was very friendly & the breakfast was excellent!
Cracks in the wall, rust & gap by the door.
Rooms were very small for 4 people. Was hoping the rooms would have been bigger. Good enough for a couple, but not for family.

It was close to the area of interest for our trip.
Nothing.
The staff was very accommodating, kind, and hospitable. The room was quiet. Very relaxing. The hotel restaurant was okay, had one waitress who was not very attentive to her customers, she was talking to friends of hers who came to eat there, and a little bossy to the customers, but she was working for the restaurant, not the hotel. I would stay here again. Price was fair.

Rooms was very comfortable, restaurant was excellent , location was perfect, staff very helpful.
Coffee maker was pitiful, no
DVD player.
Highly recommend this hotel for someone to visit Eureka Springs. Location is close without the hubbub of being right in town. The hotel is a tram stop so driving is not a necessity to get to downtown and close by attractions. Clean comfortable rooms, good restaurant, hot tub year round, pool in season.

It was located next to our area of interest.
The heater in the room stoped working after the first night.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. The location of the hotel to ur destination was perfect. It was the off season but this was not reflected by the actions of the staff.

Convenient location.
The free breakfast is very poor even if you add the $2.99 for the buffet it's not worth it. The heater was not good at all.
The heaters need to be changed. Nice for one night.

The free breakfast was very high quality.
Had to walk outside to get from room to lobby.
This is a fairly typical Best Western. The rooms are located in three separate buildings which could be a problem if it were raining. The breakfast that is included in the price is very good and there also an option to use the breakfast buffet for a small price of $2.95. Very good food and friendly staff.
