Didn't have breakfast ready at posted time. We had to leave without breakfast.

Overall, adequate. Very disappointed that the breakfast station wasn't set up at the posted time so that my soccer player could grab breakfast as planned. Thanks.

The room was comfortable.
The pool area was cold and dirty, whirl pool was closed.

It was OK. The staff were more interested in a boxing match. The remote didn't work and that took a half hour to take care of. The whirl pool was closed and a staff person while we were in the pool came in opened both outdoor doors in the pool area on a cold night and walked out.

The staff kept the pool open 1.5 hours later for my son!

Great hotel, the staff was friendly and pleasant. The pool was the true highlight of my stay. It was clean and well kept. The staff even kept it open till 11:30pm for my son and me to swim longer. They offered continental breakfast which was good.

The service was friendly and the pool and hot tub were well kept and not crowded.

The hotel was well cleaned, quiet, and relaxing. It was a great location for us as we went to a water park and zoo close to its location. It had several family friendly restaurants close. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The hotel staff was friendly and courtesy.
Continential breakfast did not have many choices.

Overall this hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
