Overall, the experience was good. Only short fall was in the breakfast, which was limited in offering and did not measure up to that offered by other hotels, some with lower star.

The staff were very accomodating and friendly. Room was totally cleaned daily. Excellent Service.
Smoke could be smelled in the hallways from smoking rooms. Security lock on back door never locked.

Best Western in Gastonia was an excellent choice with friendly accomodating staff and apparopriate accomodations. Room was thoroughly cleaned each day, including changing of sheets and bedding. This was very much appreciated.
