The staff was very nice, and the rooms, beds and all rate next to a Hampton Inn.

Maintenance/housekeeping.

Maintenance/housekeeping were very poor. Lamps were unplugged, no carafe for the coffee maker, phone & hair dryer in bathroom were falling off the wall, trashy between bedside table and beds, a locker room smell was present until treating room with Frebreze, window was not cleaned, hair in shower the next morning.

The friendliest personnel.
You could not shut bathroom door from outside. It would lock you out.

I was in town for the Appaloosa Dixie National Horse show. Very convenient and lots of security.

Carpet was sticky.

Hotel was a little run down, but clean. Staff was courteous, but distant.
