Good location - staff was friendly.
Too much chlorine in pool - Children's eyes were irritated.

For the price the hotel was good. The staff was friendly and was close to Graceland which is what we were there to see.

Employees were friendly and helpful.
Located across from car dealership with Pa's blaring.

It was OK but not excellent. The rooms were clean. Not insulated well the guests upstairs sounded like they were playing basketball well into the night. Very noisy. Not the hotels fault.

Close to airport , provided a shuttle service and breakfast.
Very noisy. It was a Friday nght and we listened to the parties and ice machine outside our door. It was a Friday night .

Bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair on the floor, dead bug behind the door. Can't say we felt real safe here. Half inch space under the door into the room.

The service was friendly and very accommodating.
There was no elevator.

The hotel served the purpose I intended to use it for. Which was a place to change, store my belongings and get a good night sleep and breakfast in the morning. My itinerary was loaded so I really did not spend a lot of time in the room. However, the time I did spend there was very pleasant.

Close to Beale street, Memphis, Tennessee.
There was a huge beetle that stayed with us in the room.

The hotel was not the most upscale place to stay, but for the price it was decent. We needed something close to Beale St. but not too far for the taxi ride there. The room was neat and clean but we found a huge beetle in the floor. The thing was massive; I have never seen anything creature like that before. Later, the next morning, we found a dead cricket in the middle of the bathroom floor. So the hotel does not necessarily have roaches, but some bugs are a hassle there. It suited for the couple of hours to sleep there though. read more
