It was convenient having breakfast available right at the hotel. We were right next to the Space Needle and close to bus and monorail transportation.
Noise from sirens going off during the night. Lots of construction going on around the area.

Pretty nice hotel with reasonably clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was conveniently provided and was fairly tasty. Front desk help was friendly and helpful. Handy internet access and exercise room with Jacuzzi.

The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful.
The slow elevator and no other option to get out unless you want to set of the alarm.

Proximity to tourist spots in downtown Seattle. Very comfortable beds, and Eco friendly. Very impressive. Also, a very nice breakfast.
Printer in the tiny business center didn't work - couldn't print out my boarding pass. Desk staff gave poor directions.

This was a surprisingly nice hotel for a reasonable price near the space needle and other tourist attractions. It was comfortable and clean with a nice breakfast. The staff was very nice, though the directions we were given to restaurants not on the free map were poor. We were very impressed with the eco-friendly aspects: soap dispensers in the shower and on the vanity; in-room recycling, and they really obeyed the "don't wash a hanging towel" signs they provided. I will definitely return when sightseeing in Seattle. read more

The location is good and parking isn't too expensive.
It is very hard to get in to, no room to park to unload upon check in. Tiny parking lot and very small pull through area.

Great view, small room and pretty noisy. Would be nice to have ear plugs available at noisy hotel.

Great location, adequate workout room and hot tub open 24 hours.
Coffee placed in room is horrible and ran out of coffee in lobby too often around 8 a.m.

Very pleasant hotel with view of Space Needle, complimentary parking and reasonably priced, good restaurant on site. Fresh apples put out daily for travelers, very helpful staff regarding travel possibilities, tours, etc. Can improve their lobby coffee service by being more attentive to customer needs and more polite and responsive when asked about it (coffee was not replenished when front desk staff advised of need for it, instead customer rather coldly told to go to restaurant and get some still no charge, but staff should express some concern and be at least slightly apologetic for the inconvenience). Front desk also needs to call for back up help upon check in if customers have to wait in line a long time (which happened to us). Other than that, our experience was extremely satisfying. read more
