The staff was awesome! On site laundry, free parking, internet and breakfast was superb!
The bed was just too soft for my taste.
The motel was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Free internet, parking and continental breakfast are great! Having on site laundry available really helped. Have to say I would stay again, even with the kind of soft bed.

The people at the front desk were very helpful.
Location, older furniture in rooms, bed not comfortable.
Would not recommend. Location not so hot, older hotel.

Nice sauna.
I designated that we had a total of 3 travelers in our party, and to fit our budget, we chose a one bed option. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we learned that the hotel does not allow 3 occupants in rooms with one bed. Fortunately, a room with two beds was available, but (of course) we had to pay extra. Despite the mix up, the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. read more

The hotel was being renovated and was a bit out of date.
It was a nice and safe place to stay. I would stay there again.

The clean newly carpeted room was comfortable but it was the service of the staff that was nothing less than superb.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent free breakfast. Washer/dryer very useful.
Perhaps not as close to City Center as we would've liked.
Very family friendly hotel. We really liked how the 2 comfortable double beds were separated into their own room like spaces. The microwave and refrigerator are a bonus for families.

Friendly hotel staff, large room, bus stop in front of the hotel. McDonald's across from the street.
It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to downtown.
Good quality hotel with nice hotel staff.

I liked the staff the most. They were the most helpful and courteous. The location wasn't the best, but they helped us figure our way around.
They had a grout problem in the shower stall that was very obvious. Other than that, the bed mattress was weak and lumpy.
Overall, I liked this hotel. If I couldn't find a nicer hotel to stay in, I'd choose this one again. The location wasn't that great, but the staff helped me and my companions find our way around Vancouver in the easiest and safest way possible. They had grout problems in the shower and the beds were a bit saggy and lumpy, but overall, it was an ok hotel for our 2 night stay. The walls were paper thin, but we felt safe enough. The room was larger than I expected which was nice. And again, the staff was really good to us. read more

The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was superb and friendly.
Limited parking.
Easy access of Canada highway 1, and centrally located. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was superb, being friendly, courteous, and able to answer any questions we had about the area. The parking area, while not spacious, was secure, with spaces sufficiently wide to open the car doors.

Staff was friendly.
Location was way out of town, going through the worst part of Vancouver--drug people, street people everywhere. Not close to activities or sites.
Very disappointed that the price changed. Price seemed to change at will. We thought the price would remain the same through out our stay. The sheets never stayed on the bed!! They would be in a wad in the a.m. We got up in night and fixed the sheets! Disgusting. Also, tub had long black hair on wall and tub bottom. I had to clean it up before a bath. Disgusting!
