The location was convenient.
The cleaning staff was rude.

I complained about this hotel to Best Western, something I've never done before. The cleaning staff knocked on my door early in the morning and told me I had to check out. I contacted the front desk. A half hour later the cleaning people knocked on the door again! Besides that all the tabletops in the room were sticky as if they'd been rubbed with syrup. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. There was no stopper for the tub, so my daughter couldn't take a bath. The desk chair was too low for the desk. And the room was cramped. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel and it didn't meet my expectations. read more

Clean room and friendly service.
Air conditioning in room was very weak.

I would recommend this hotel as a great bargain. Rooms were clean and service was good and friendly. We were pleased with the value and the location was convenient.

Breakfast did not have cold foods such as yogurt.

Really good for overnight stay we needed. Not enough seating in breakfast area but food was good. They did have quite a variety for breakfast just not cold food such as yogurt. Would stay again if needed overnight accommodations like I did this time.

Convenient to the highway, clean, friendly, fridge and microwave.

We needed a place to stay the night while passing through Nashville. This hotel was convenient to the highway, restaurants, grocery store, and had a microwave and fridge in the room. Our pull-out sofa was pretty saggy, but it was fine for our young children to sleep on. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was convenient.

The hotel is dated with very small rooms.

The hotel is dated with respect to its design and decor. The rooms are small with too much furniture for the size of the room. The dining area for the continental breakfast is also a very small area.
