Very clean, comfortable and romantic setting in room. Staff was GREAT.
There is nothing that I did not like.

From the moment we walked into the front lobby we were impressed with the mood of the hotel. The sitting area and fire place in the lobby were extremely welcoming. We were there for a romantic get away and our room definitely set that scene. The service was great and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we are traveling once again this weekend and rather than returning to the Best Western, I will search elsewhere. We (My husband and I) are now in our 40's and are planning on doing more traveling and rather than being impressed with the service we were disappointed!

Clean well kept, very quiet.
Hot tub out of commission, staff other than the front desk was not at all friendly.

Nice place good value for the rates. The on site Boston Pizza had excellent staff. The hotel services were good, somewhat disappointing that the outside hot tub, the exercise room and the breakfast room were all closed for repair. The continental breakfast was bare minimum. Enjoyed the stay overall, was relaxing.
