Room accommodations, sliding glass door to pool area.
Rooms were
not very sound proof, pool was
dirty and
no free breakfast.

The room was decorated nice, beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Walking distance to IHOP. However a tile fell out of the ceiling and broke on the bathroom floor, and water spilled all over the bathroom floor. Staff was attentive to this situation and cleaned it up quickly. However it did delay checkout. Refrigerator in room was broken. Would've liked free breakfast-always a plus for travelers. Pool needed to be cleaned-not impressed with pool at all. The noise from outside the room was very loud-rooms not very soundproof. Overall it was adequate but a bit pricey. read more

Cleanliness. I am a smoker, liked the fact that rooms were non-smoking, but the balcony was smoking>

I found the hotel easy to get to, the fact that there was a restaurant, and the I-Hop was next door. It was pleasant, and the mattress' were great.

I liked the location of the hotel.
The Air Conditioning unit was not working properly is was stuffy (very).

Overall I enjoyed my stay. There were plenty of restaurants around and the hotel was clean and organized. A little expensive though.

Very Clean and roomy.
Fire alarm set off by kids at 3 a.m.

Clean and roomy my stay was for several days and with the exception of the fire alarm set off by children at 3am was uneventful. The Restaurant was great for Seafood.

The location on the river was very nice.

The location was excellent and the fact that there was a good restaurant on-site was both a blessing and a curse. The late night revelers were loud. We found the front desk staff to be rude and unknowledgeable. Their pet policy was unclear. Dogs less than 25 lbs were accepted, but there was a huge boxer in the pool area when we arrived. We found a cockroach on our bed stand.
