The breakfast room is very nice, and the breakfast is good.
The cleaning service is slow to get to your room.

The hotel is close to everything in Franklin, so it is a good place to stay if you are going to be doing things in that city. The breakfast is nice, and the front desk is helpful. The rooms were OK for a budget hotel.

TV reception.

This was an older hotel, needs some remodeling. Price was good. TV reception was terrible. Good location, right off interstate. Would not provide me with a receipt upon checkout.

My 5 year old enjoyed the pool for about 20 minutes.
Myself and 2 small children were stuck in a smoking room with a dirty toilet.

We arrived late and found the room we were put in to be a smoking room across from where the lot next door was busy doing construction. All night long. The toilet seat in the bathroom was dirty and the room smelled bad. The hotel was full of seniors who appeared to be gathered for some kind of reunion and there was no seating available for the children at 7:30am for breakfast, they ended up sitting on the floor in the hotel sitting room of the lobby to eat cereal. read more

Coffee pot broke when I tried to use it.

This hotel was super for the cost. We looked at other hotels (more upscale) but they cost significantly more and offered a great deal less as far as the room goes. The location was great - many restaurants nearby.

Room was clean-smelled nice and was modern in style.

Rooms were updated, clean and smelled nice when we entered in. Location was convenient and breakfast in the morning was simple and very good. All front desk personnel were very friendly! Would recommend and stay again!

The comforter would not stay on the bed and it was in the teens this weekend.

Nice and clean. Breakfast great and the staff was nice. Clean towels everyday and bed made. Would stay again.

AC sounded like diesel engine, spider in the bed, pillow flat and old, loud guests riding on top of cars yelling, bed was uncomfortable, remote didn't work, door didn't lock all the way, coffee maker in room, but no cups.

Non smoking room had definitely been smoked in.

Room was clean and quiet, had strong shower pressure. Great location to interstate, shops, restaurants. Area seemed safe. Parking outside room door. Room cards did not work but were promptly replaced. Hot, fresh breakfast of pastries, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles juice, coffee, cereal, milk in roomy & attractive dining room.
