The lobby was attractive.
The staff was very unorganized, friendly but general impression did not seem to be a concern for the front desk upon check in.

Upon checking into the hotel, it appeared that one of the staff members was on break, in the lounge area. When the person that was assisting us with check -in ran into a problem, the other person grudgingly came to assist. I felt that this was not something the guests should have witnessed. The overall attitude of the front desk made it difficult to want to approach them for anything other than the checkout. read more

Pool area is nice.
Front desk staff was not friendly, basically had to fight to get extra towels.

Even though this hotel is fairly new, it is poorly built. Popcorn ceilings. Hallway smelled like smoke. You can hear every movement the people above your room make, literally!
Shower curtain was mildewed. Carpet was coming apart. Slow drain in the shower. I could go on and on!! Very disappointed!
