Really nothing was wrong.

Just 4.5 miles from the State Theater downtown. Newer and nicer than most of the hotels in the immediate area. It was clean and modern, and perfect for what I needed. The price was right, and the free breakfast was perfectly fine.

They need to have more towels in there rooms!

There was one dirty towel in the bathroom and I believe 6 total towels in all. I would definitely say they need to have more towels in there rooms. Other than that location was great.

Watered down orange juice.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the overall stay was enjoyable. The only negative for me was the orange juice from breakfast seemed to be watered down although the other juices seemed to be okay.
