Freindly, helpful and a great place to stay.

We had a great experience at the Gennetti Best Western. The Oyster House Restaurant in the hotel was incredible! We would drive the 2 hours back there just to eat. Thank you.

Great bed, great had TV, great location, older building and construction outside, fair lighting.
Old hallways, poor lighting.

Very good for a single business traveler with a fantastic new bed, TV, and overall good value with a great location which is walking distance from good restaurants, movies, book store, etc.

I found the staff all very friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was great. It was noisy all night on the street.

Parking was limited; not easy access.

This hotel was "average" in my mind. The parking lot was not located in manner that made it handy to bring luggage into and out of the hotel room. I would not plan on staying in this hotel again.

Good price for an okay room in an okay location.
Older property in need of a makeover. Some work going on while we were there and it was quite noisy.

Decent property, but nothing special in Downtown area. Free parking.

The accommodations were an excellent.
Not much to say; I didn't spend much time there except to sleep, shower and change clothes.

I was pleased with the accommodations; I have a nice room with king-sized bed, living area, microwave and refrigerator. I would recommend it for any business traveler.

I felt safe the police station is across the street.
No hint about an outdoor pool. I wouldn't of stayed if police knew.

Nice for travelers, but the gym is not in house u have to drive to the ymca & pay 5 bucks.

It was close to the area that I needed to be. It was clean and cheap.
The hotel really needs to be updated.

The Gennetti was acceptable. It was clean and the beds were decent. It was very old however and really needed updating but the room was fine to just go back and sleep in - which is all that we needed.
