Location.
Only two pillows that were like basketballs. I went to Target and bought two of my own.

I called the front desk and requested extra pillow. I was told they would have to take pillows from an empty room. I bought two pillows from Target. I am staying at a different hotel this week and next and next. The microwave and the refrigerator was very noisy. I had to run the HVAC all night to drown out the noise.

Clean and well cared for, really friendly staff.
Right next to the highway.

Great staff and service. Room was clean and nice. Bed was a little firm, but not bad. Somewhat convenient to nearby restaurants and malls. Downside was being so close to highway that you could hear the road.

Good location and staff was helpful.
Pool was closed.

While overall my experience was good. The beds were a pleasant surprise as they were comfortable for a week stay.

Continental breakfast.
Unclean beds and unco-orperative staff to correct unclean bed.

I also left my printer cord and a jacket in the room and no one yet has mailed it back to me even at my own expense.

The room was nice.
I was awaken each of the two nights by loud screaming cursing violent outburst from the next door guest, and the staff did nothing to stop the madness.

I will never stay there again.

Hard beds.

The beds were very uncomfortable. No cushioning. We could feel the springs on our back.

It had a door that locked and an AC unit that worked.
It was musty, unattractive, had bugs, loud fans in wash room and generally a low quality spot.

This hotel is located off hwy 70 by pass is in a good location, right off the express way. It is a place where one can lay one's head and get a decent nice sleep if that be the primary need, but is not a place where I would choose if there were other hotels in the area with a bit more flare and inviting surroundings. It is conveniently located and that may be the best thing I can offer on the establishment. It is not ADA compliant - no elevators for upstairs rooms. read more
