Quiet - there was nobody else there!
Location, no restaurant or lounge as stated.

Place was deserted. Two of us in the room and only 2 sets of towels. Requested more for AM. Advertised lounge & restaurant on site, which there was not. No one was even at the front desk, left a bell to ring for service.

It was close to the venue that I was attending in Hagerstown.
Understaffed.

This hotel is recently remodeled and the rooms are pretty nice. The continental breakfast was horrible. It was on the second floor and they were running out of everything because the young man on the desk was also in charge of keeping it stocked and clean. Trash cans in the breakfast room were overflowing. They only had cold drink cups for the coffee.
