The parking lot was small. So if wasn't good for more then one person in your group to drive separate

The location was outstanding, the rooms were clean & comfortable. The continental breakfast was good but not served past 9:00 am which was a bit early to stop serving breakfast. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience overall and am already planning another trip to this hotel!

The service by the front desk, they were prompt and customer service friendly
The dinning room swimming pool were closed at 11:00 pm.

The dinning room could have stayed open until midnight, I was out looking at all the attractions until 11:00 pm and I came back to the hotel dinning room and it was closed.

Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and nice balcony.
Small bathroom.

The hotel was within walking distance of all major attractions, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the lakeside rooms had balconies.

I liked that it was so close to the lake and the downtown area.
The pool was small.

No complaints really. We had a balcony room and there was no screen for the sliding glass doors. It would have been nice to have the doors open without getting bugs in the room.

The hallways were old and needed a paint job. There was no continental breakfast.

For location it was great.
