The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
When we came back next day after work and the maid had clearly been smoking pot in our room was a non smoking room!

Would not recommend this hotel for business. A FFA Chapter of high schoolers were staying and a very large group of families with kids having a pool party, pool and hot tub full to capacity with small children. If you are a family then it would be fine. Also some rooms on ground level have hallways on both sides of room makes for a very noisy stay.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bar was spacious and very nice.
As in any motel/hotel you could hear people in the mornings, i.e.: doors slamming, etc.

The rooms were very nice and up to date and very clean. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The bar area was really nice. The design is such that you are not "chair to chair" with the table next to you and the food was good. Would stay here again!

We needed to dress for an event before our check-in time and they accommodated us.
Parking was tenuous, due to overflow traffic from adjoining businesses.

This has been one of the city's more upscale hotels since it opened three decades ago. The architecture may appear dated, but the facility remains clean and attractive. The rooms and service remain upscale.

Wonderful accomodations and loved the indoor pool & hot tub.
Hard to tell by their street sign if we were at the hotel or the casino.

The indoor pool and hot tub are an oasis among hotels! We loved the live trees and shrubs surrounding the pool. The restaruant was great and we were pleased to find that kids eat free with adult purchase! We loved this hotel and will happily stay there again!

We would have liked a complimentary breakfast coupon.

The rooms were large and well appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend it, a good family hotel.

Well appointed furnishings, clean & smells nice.
Nothing.

This is an excellent motel, and has a convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The furnishings are well appointed and It is obviously well kept. There were not any unpleasant odors or unsightly cleaning equipment left in view.
