Heater did not work - cold night. Internet did not work.

Nice enough downtown hotel. It was a cold night. Heat was plentiful in the hallways, but blew cold air in the room no matter how high I set the thermostat.

It is nice, but not upscale. It is also a little too far outside of Greensboro, NC to be considered when searching for hotels in the Greensboro area.

Paying for parking.

Good clean hotel in city center. Hotel kitchen is sometimes very slow and if you decide to walk to get food (pizza) bring cash with you..

I liked the sleep number beds.
You had to pay to park in the parking lot.

Hotel was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I really enjoyed the sleep number beds.

Free internet in room, comfortable, and a helpful staff.
$5 to pay for parking in garage but very convenient.

Very nicely maintained hotel with a very friendly staff. Not usually happy with hotel restaurants but this was an exception. Very good food at a reasonable price. I will seek this hotel out when returning to High Point for furniture shopping.
