on walls, noisy guests.

I had an awful experience on this trip. There was stain on the wall and floor of the bathroom, noisy teenagers running the halls
all night, and the cleaning service tried to come into our room at 8:30am to clean the day of checkout.

Quiet, never heard anyone else and the hotel was full.
Breakfast area was small and crowded.

Helpful front desk, but they weren't prepared for multiple early arrivals (room was not ready right away). Clean, quiet room. Breakfast buffet was abundant, but breakfast area was small be prepared to wait until less crowded times or take breakfast back to your room.

Hotel location was excellent, just off freeway. Staff was friendly, clean facility, breakfast bar had a variety of items to choose from and very good. Two drawbacks to this hotel though. When I requested a blanket I was informed they did not have blankets on the premise. Guess you have to just use the heat in the rooms. Secondly, the hot tub was lukewarm the whole stay. When I informed them of this nothing was done about the problem. All in all good stay! read more

Overall stay was very good. It is located close to shopping, restaurants and very easy access to the highway.

Poor service, and damaged rooms.

Though the location was convenient and the hotel looked nice, they checked us in 30 minutes past our reservation because they did not have any clean rooms at that time. Once we got to a room, we noticed the headboard was off the wall. They moved us to a different room, where the towel rack was off the wall and sitting on the sink. They sent a handyman to fix it, but the overall experience left us feeling less than superb. read more
