Requested extra towel twice, with two different front desk people. Towel never showed up.

The customer service was good, the people behind the counters were friendly, spoke English, and were always available.
The hot water went out for an entire night and day, miserable during December in Paris. Granted, it was Christmas day, so repairs took a bit long.

Good location overall, 15 minute walk to the Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysees. The staff was friendly, and the hotel appeared to have eco-friendly cleaning policies, light bulbs, etc, which I was happy to find. Other than the hot water going out for one day, I would recommend this place. And, they are supposedly refunding us for one night of our stay, because of the water.

The staff was super friendly, convenient location, comfortable.
Rooms were very small.

Overall, the hotel totally met our needs, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff all spoke English and was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel and will likely visit it again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, and in a very nice neighborhood, staff was great!
The tiny elevator, and not enough taxis come by.
