Description of Best Western Hotel Riviera
The Best Western Hotel Riviera is a three star hotel recently renovated and located only five kilometers from Rome Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport and the Fiumicino only a few meters from the sea. Our hotel is also approximately 10 kilometers away from the New Fair of Rome and the big shopping centre Parco Leonardo and Da Vinci where you can enjoy shopping in more than two hundred shops of all kinds. A shuttle bus service on charge, on request, is available seven days a week to and from the airport, Rome centre, two shopping centers and Ostia Antica where guests can visit the interesting Roman ruins. Among the other facilities offered to our guests are a free Internet access and free bikes available for pleasant rides along the seafront. The good food and friendly atmosphere of the typical Italian restaurants and pizzerias, located near the sea and only few meters from our hotel, are particularly worthy and with reasonable prices. read more

Transportation was provided to Car Rental to return two cars, were accomodating. Also early transportation to the Airport was very nice.
nothing to complain about

The accomodations were excellent, air conditioning worked very well, Hotel clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and luggage. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and a nice selection of foods.

The breakfast was weak at best, room was dark.

Situated in a residential/summer apt location steps from the beach. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast was included but weak and not well stocked. Average hotel but was close to the airport (10 minutes).

We did not stay at this hotel because they said we did not have reservations, and they did not have rooms. They wanted us to pay 195.00 Euro to stay another hotel. After firmly telling them that we would only pay what we agreed to pay they found us another hotel 2 miles away. The gentleman behind the counter was not professional nor was helpful.

Reasonably priced, near Fiumicino airport, comfortable, free shuttle.

Staff spoke excellent English, which made logistics easy to discuss.

Close to airport. Free 24 hour internet service. Fixed 20 Euro cab fare to the airport which the hotel will book for you.
Can be a little loud. Nothing really to do in the area.

There is no restaurant or bar. They only serve breakfast. The surrounding area is very dirty. There are some restaurants within walking distance but that's about it. However it is very close to the airport. Fixed 20 Euro cost for a cab ride to the airport and the staff was very friendly. They have free 24 hour internet use. It was a convenience hotel for us.
