Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Hotel Tomo

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. It was nice and quiet.
The charge for the paking garage when you pay for the hotel you shouldn't have to pay for parking.

The hotel was nice and clean. I liked that they had internet access.

Comfortable & quiet location on bus route to city.
Noisy refrigerator.

At the price $79 plus $12 tax per night, it was at the high end of our budget but the room was very acceptable & we were upon request granted the quiet room which came with a view. If this is cheap for San Francisco then I would return.

Liked the onsite facilities like the café and gym. Also the staff were extremely helpful!
Wireless didn't work but desk gave me an Ethernet cable.

Location a bit far from things but staff were great and taxi's weren't too expensive.

I liked the fact that they had a cafe and basic gym.
The wireless internet wouldn't work in my room.

The hotel staff booked me in early which was great as I had a half day tour to get to at 8.30am so rather than leave my bags at reception they gave me a room straight away. The wireless wouldn't work in my room but reception staff was very helpful in giving me an ethernet cord for my laptop. Staff was very helpful and efficient.

Exceptionally clean and neat.
$20 to park my car in the parking garage overnight.

This is a moderately priced hotel in the middle of Japan town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and neat.

Close to the hospital.
The charge for parking.

Hotel staff was nice. It is just a few block from the hospital and that is why we stayed there.
