Room was decent and this was the best part of the hotel.

The stay was just okay. Room was decent and more or less clean. Buildings need improvements. Keys did not work first time I tried, so this was an inconvenience.

It was much cleaner and more comfortable than I expected.
It was too far away from downtown Palm Springs.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family. The room was extremely clean and the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Location.
Horrible view outside the window.

Went there with my cousin to run in a marathon and they had to bring a rollaway bed as they only had me down for 1 King and not 2 Queen beds. Not happy.

Decor was nice for a 2 star. Room was clean and welcoming.
Service staff was limited. Delayed response requests for crib. Too many light bulbs were out in hallways. Hard to find parking spot near room.

Pros: Decor and exterior was nice for the price/star-ranking. Room was clean and overall welcoming. Location was central to downtown. Air was a bit stale; service staff was limited causing a delayed response to our request for a crib. Too many light bulbs were out in outside hallways. It was hard to find a parking spot near room, but self-serve dolly's eased transfer of suitcases. read more

It was cheap.
It didn't feel clean.

Older hotel. Not a very nice check line. Room was fine. One of the main lights in the bathroom did not work. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were good.

Very convenient location and quiet.

I would come back. Our room was not one of the recently remodeled rooms and it was still acceptable. I am looking forward to our next stay at this hotel.

Great continental breakfast near swimming pool.
We received a small and out-dated room.

This hotel is only acceptable if you are staying 1 night and will be leaving early the next morning. The continental breakfast alongside the pool was nice. High speed internet was free and a great bonus. I would not stay here again.

Wireless internet.
It was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen.

When I arrived at the hotel there was no parking and I had to park on the dark street. I found a luggage cart but it had a flat tire so it was very hard to use. When I got on the elevator, which had expired tags from the middle of 2006, I did not even know if it would make it to the second floor. Then I went to my room and it was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. There were dirty q-tips by the bed and cheats and a French fry on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and we both felt it slope to the middle. The pillows were yellowish and I was afraid to even put my face on it. read more

Clean, good location, quiet.
Breakfast was tacky.

Good for business travelers. Off of the main streets so very quiet and still close to convention center etc.

Cleanliness.
Renting to young adults.

My stay would have been pleasant only if I did not have young adults who did not have any respect for the other tenants. Hotel management had to intervene at 2:00 am to quite down the crowd that decided that the corridors were the best spot for the party. Needless to say this went on until 4:00 am In the future I will ask who will be staying around me.
