I feel I got excellent service. Got me to my conference at the convention center. Staff
very helpful. Other regular guests were also very nice. Nice free breakfast. No elevator but staff carried my bag up for me.

The beds were large and quite comfortable staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
The shower has extreme force, made loud noise, too hot. Construction of the entryway made inconvenient, confusing getting in/out.

The pool didn't open until 10

I didn't realize that the hotel was being remodeled. Because of that some hallways had not been cleaned. HOWEVER, the room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It should look wonderful when the remodeling was done. It was also quiet.

With easy access to the freeways and major streets this little motel in a quiet old industrial part of town. Kansas City is in every direction from Kansas to Missouri, you can be anywhere in 20 minutes. Nice looking building, clean and comfortable.

Nice staff/We did not spend much time at hotel.

Over all it was great for what we needed. Just a place to sleep. The pool is outdoors and it was not open yet. But looked great!

It's in a very convenient and safe area of town. I would stay again. I did have lots of plumbing issues in my room. Slow showers and drains.
