Best Western Inn, Miramar/San Diego

We stayed at this hotel for my daughters basketball tourny. It was great for convenience on and off the freeway and to several places I felt like I was centrally located. The staff were not overly friendly and did not go out of there way. One of the staff knocked something off my counter or into the sink and ruined something, but no one would admit this of course and front desk offered no resolve. Not too happy w/ this. read more

The staff was uncooperative, to say the least, and in trying to shake me down for more money, I found that response to be disgusting, as well.

This hotel had friendly helpful staff and very clean cheery rooms. I would recommend it to my friends.

Of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

Amazing how close it is to Miramar and you can't even hear the jets inside your room! Convenient location, comfortable and clean room, very accomodating and courteous staff. Would recommend for anyone traveling on a budget!

They are currently renovating the non-smoking rooms and I was assigned a smoking room which stank so bad I couldn't stay there. I had to pay to upgrade to a different room that was non-smoking or move to another hotel. At least parking, wifi, and breakfast are free.
