Nice size rooms and comfortable beds
Lots of construction not easily accessible, pool was big enough for 4 adults, cable was out for two days

The room was pre-paid and I was charged extra $10 for parking because it was the 4th of July.

Great location several dining choices near by.
Getting out of the parking lot can be a challenge.

Hotel was very good. Continental breakfast was offered until 10. Staff was great! Maids were good at getting the room done so you could relax if you desired.

It was a great location.
The room was smaller then most rooms I get through Best Western.

The staff was not freindly. The pool was a lap pool, not a real one. The floors were slippery when wet and we had a pair of glasses disappear when we never took them out of the room. I had put a no cleaning service please on our door when we went out to eat and when we came back a maid was cleaning the room. The maid serve could not speak or understand english well, and I was very frustrated at the lack of concern over our missing items. read more

Free wireless internet and continental breakfast.
Cannot make a lefthand turn into the parking lot coming from the south.

Great location, except for the fact you cannot turn left into the parking lot when approaching on Rural Rd from the south. Free internet is awesome, and the free breakfast each morning is nice. Our key cards stopped working each night (heat? too close to cell phone?), but staff reissued them right away. Super close to ASU, and you can hop right on 202 as well.

It was updated (or new?).
Morning breakfast should start earlier for those with early flights.

This hotel was very comfortable. I loved the fresh baked cookies in the lobby. My fiance and I were surprised that this hotel was only listed at 2 stars.

Remodeling breakfast area.

The rooms were large and comfortable with King-sized beds. The hotel has a limited number of rooms on each level making the rooms convenient for those who don't want to carry luggage or have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. The location is convenient to ASU and just off the 202 expressway. While difficult to approach from the south along Rural Rd/Scottsdale Rd it was very convenient from other directions. read more

Clean rooms, friendly front desk. Great 24hr airport transfer.
Room a little tight on space in dressing restroom area.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent front desk staff. Great hotel if you want to stay near airport with easy access.
