The view of the water and the walking path near by.

The manner in which we were received was not very welcoming.

The carpets in the hallway were damp and smelled. The dining room was understaffed and disorganized.

I liked the closeness to the water, the scenery was great.

The hotel is totally non smoking and we are smokers.

The restaurant was really great and there is a wonderful view of the waterfront, a nice patio to sit out and eat and enjoy the view.
