Location, parking, and price were all great!

This is a great place - the location, price and parking were great and its smack dab in the middle of Madison - right around the corner from everything!

Very close to town, staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Very expensive with no morning free continental breakfast or snacks.

The location was great and the free valet parking was a plus.
The ceilings in the hallways were too low.

The location of this hotel can not be beat. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do.

I liked the location to State Street, but was not fond of the homeless people in the area.
too small, not clean, no window to open, remodeling with drill and hammer at 6:45am.

I was extremely disappointed with the room. I am claustrophobic and had a hard time getting over the fact that there was no window to open. The only way I could make it was to turn the air on very cool. I have never seen a bathtub that small and if I had to take a bath, I'm not sure I could have. The coffee pot had not been cleaned from the guest that were previously there. The convenience of its location did not make up for the room. I am extremely disappointed. read more
