Indoor pool area was nice.
Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Customer had to chase away kids trying to use free internet. Later saw these kids use a trail behind the back of the hotel room to walk home to a low income area. Tub & sink both drained very slowly. Toilet handle broken & I couldn't fix it due to a stripped nut on the back of the handle. Staff told me next morning they'd have it looked at. Hotel common areas had old carpeting that could use a cleaning and some updating. Free breakfast was very limited, though it wasn't cramped. read more

I thought that because this hotel was connected with a chain, it had to follow stricter guidelines.

It was OK, but I didn't like having screaming at 7:30 in the morning.

The rooms were musty, step tread badly worn, no elevator.

This hotel is seriously dated and in need of a good hygienic cleanse. It was musty and just smelled and looked old.

It was very clean and quiet!
Hairdryer missing. Had to get one from desk myself as staff never came as promised.

The arrangement of the facility was comfortable. I enjoyed visiting the giftshop after a nice dinner in the diningroom.

Breakfast was very good.
Room had a old smell and beds looks old/uncomfortable.

The room was very spacious. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy and the mattress looked old. The full breakfast was very good and the lady in the restaurant was very friendly.
