Location near Macon State College.
Room smelled strongly of animal urine.

Good locating SW side of Macon - best for stays/visits associated with Macon State College. Location felt safe, commons adequate/nice.Just needed a place to flop and shower, so I wasn't too picky. But hotel could pay more attention to odors in rooms - run an ozonator 1X or 2X annually to get rid of pet and smoke odors might help?

Clean, adequate space, well equipped, friendly.
Breakfast area was a bit cramped though well stocked.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this motel. We would recommend it to anyone.

Needs more security around facility.

The motel was good and was clean. The AC worked great. When we first arrived at the hotel and parked, we were approached by some guy saying his car broke down and needed some money to get back home. I gave him a couple of dollars, and he basically sprinted away. Not the kind of welcome we had in mind. My wife didn't feel comfortable staying there.

Old Best Western well maintained & friendly staff.
Because we came late, they had identified us as a no show.

Pleasantly surprised at quality for Best Western chain--mattresses good, pillows poor; continental breakfast not appealing but there and adequate; clean and well maintained.

Didn't like the area, was not a 2 star, more like a one. Very basic.

I would not want to stay here again. Got put in a smoking room. Didn't like the area. The continental breakfast was less than appealing. Staff generally helpful.

Location was great, right off exit of I475.
Hot tub closed at 10PM-too early for me!

Great location, clean rooms. Although I did not get down to the lobby for breakfast, they do offer a free breakfast that includes waffles.
