Nice breakfast & dining room. Fridge & micro in room helpful. Nice staff.
Lugging suitcase up steps.
The layout of rooms is different than most chain hotels. There are a number of separate buildings with outside entrances to the rooms. Two rooms are in each "nook" and share a common foyer, which was fine for us as it wasn't a busy time, but could depend on the other occupants if the hotel was full. Our room was very clean and attractive. The breakfast buffet was very nice and offered hot and cold choices. read more

Very clean and in a good location.
Outside lights shine in room right in your face while trying to sleep, no way to block light.
Very clean and excellent breakfast buffet. Some staff members were not very accommodating, light shines in windows, cannot be blocked. Also people walking by your room on the outside can look in your windows and see you sleeping. I complained about this to staff and was told all rooms were the same.

It was more like a condo than a hotel room.
The bedroom smelled musty and the bathroom fan was inadequate.
It was fantastic, more like an apartment!

Good location.
Dirty room, hard stiff towels,
Average at best, right near Killing ton,but room was dirty, towels were hard, very noisy hotel. Get to the free breakfast early, they run out quick.
