Convenient location.
Small, unattractive room.

It was a cheap room, and the facilities look like they haven't been updated since the 80’s, but so what? The bed was comfortable, the premises were clean, and there was free breakfast. The elevators were a little scary, but that's my only real complaint.

Friendly Staff and located right downtown.
There is no pool and isn't as nice as the other downtown hotels BUT for the price it was perfect. It has only one ice machine on the lower level.

The hotel wasn't the nicest hotel in the world but for staying right downtown the price was right for what you got. The rooms were clean and the service was great.

Paying for parking, having to call maintenance to adjust heat.

For a business traveler, or someone who just plans on using the room to sleep, this hotel really isn't that bad. The bad things are that you have to pay $12 to stay overnight, and the room was a little chilly and the only way to work the heat is by calling maintenance. The hotel is outdated, but I didn't think it was that bad just for sleeping. It might not be great if you're a light sleeper, you can hear the traffic from below. But the location is nice, and I wasn't expecting a fridge and microwave in the room. read more

In the evening we asked about the cot and were told that there was no one in staff to bring us a cot. Just bad news from the first minute, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location for where I needed to be.
As an ex-housekeeper, I am very picky about cleanliness; there were just a few minor things I noticed that could have been taken care of.

Overall, this hotel was excellent. I got in late and was out early, but was just what I needed. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Milwaukee and would recommend it to others.
