The atmosphere was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fantastic especially the waffles and spicy eggs!
That the cable station did not have a station menu on the television.

A great place to stay for families, pets and business travelers it is quite and the staff and guests were friendly. Quite a fun bunch of business travelers that stay at the hotel several times a month.

The Best Western Inn in Ontario, CA was an excellent bargain. The hotel service was wonderful from the reception desk to the maids. The hotel room was very clean and the common areas of the hotel like the pool, lobby and restaurant were well kept and organized. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in the area.

Overall, it was a good experience. Lots of breakfast choices, two free wine, beer, or soda at happy hour, parking in front of room, grounds well kept and friendly staff.

Easy freeway access.
Hotel is being remodeled, but contractor is using cheap quality materials.

Hotel is under construction, which made parking difficult. Room had very thin walls and we could hear the TV next room and conversations. Bathroom was dark, light bulbs burned out, bathroom door knob was reversed locked from the outside not the inside and the water control knob for the shower would give us either all hot or all cold water only. Would not recommend hotel.

It could use a little maintenance.

Room was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel could use a little maintenance, but was clean and in a great location away from traffic in a business park. The free breakfast was awesome - eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, fruit, toast, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was loud. It sounded like the people walking down the hallway were in our room.
