Best Western Innsuites Hotel Yuma

We would never stay here again, nor would we recommend it to anyone. The place was old, did not feel clean and it was very noisy from interstate trucks and traffic. The noisy bathroom fan could not be turned off. It had noisy walkways outside our room, the front door had a gap so huge the wind was blowing in, the glass windows are terrible and so thin that it didn't seem like the windows were closed. The housekeeping staff laughed loudly and slammed doors, waking us early every morning. Though it has been recently renovated, things were put together in such a shabby way that things were already falling apart and not working properly. The phone didn't work, light bulbs were missing, etc. This is the only place on our travels we've locked up our laptop, as it just didn't have a secure feel to it. We went to the hotel breakfast and were not greeted. In fact, when we asked questions, we felt as if we were imposing. We've never had such unfriendly service at a hotel breakfast. We were so pleased with this hotel. Especially the happy hour and breakfast. They even provided free bottled water and Bath and Body works loation and shampoo. What fun it that!!

All in all a good stay. free happy hour from 5-6:30 and good location. Free breakfast with decent food. Can get a little loud at night cause people would arrive late and drag their suitcases along the walkway which would be loud but other than that a great stay

Best Western always meets our family expectations we recomend it to anybody.

It was nice and clean I wish I could have stayed longer.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed was wonderful and the most comfortable I have ever slept on.

The hotel is well located next to a large mall where every type of food and general shopping is available within walking distance. The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is close to many local attractions as well and in this day of high gasoline prices, this too takes center stage when local side trip planning. I would recommend it to any family or business traveler who is looking for a few days stay in Yuma at a good location. read more

This best western hotel has a super great location, free breakfast and 2-drink happy hour, refrigerator, micro and nice clean pool. What more could we need ! It was great and we had a great stay !

The motel is nice, the room we had was outside the pool area and children were running up and down the corridors. Outside rooms, making privacy difficult since you can't open windows.
