They offer shuttle service to and from DWF Airport and you can leave your car in their parking lot free of charge.

I liked the hunting motif and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

My cab driver brought me to the wrong Best Western and a shuttle from the proper hotel came and picked me up.
Continental breakfast started at 6 am and I had to leave at 5 am

The manager and check-in person went above and beyond.

The manager and check-in gal were sensitive to the fact that I was travelling alone as a woman and medically unable to carry my bags to the second floor. The extremely helpful staff went above and beyond to give me a lovely, secure room and help me with my things. Amazing customer service!

Dirty, broken equipment, doors that wouldn't lock, POOR Internet service.

TERRIBLE PLACE. This is NOT a 2-1/2 star hotel, more like 1+ stars. Doors were jammed and would not unlock, or doors would not close properly, rooms face the dumpster of fast food places next door, rodents, room dirty, bath fixtures broken, Refrigerator not working and disgustingly moldy, POOR Internet service slower than dial up.
