Best Western Irving Inn And Suites

Overall was a nice hotel but I've stayed at a lot nicer for same money. Would have preferred interior entry to room with entrance through lobby required for all guest instead of outside entry from parking lot. If you happen to get upstairs it is just that no elevators just staircase.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room that I stayed in with my family was well below average. The mattresses were VERY low quality and the bed frame was screwed up so that the box springs would not stay still. The weather stripping around the entry door was gone and you could see daylight around the door facing when the door was closed. The water pressure is lousy. This hotel is also a outside entry hotel, which I feel is a security problem especially with small children. The pool was dirty and looked like it had been a long time since it was cleaned. The breakfast was good and the desk staff was polite. Another "complaint" is that while the hotel did offer a shuttle to and from the airport, there was no shuttle running to the Cowboys game, which is the reason we went to Dallas. Every hotel that I have stayed at previously when going to Dallas for a cowboys game offered a shuttle that literally drops you off in front of the stadium. No such luck here. read more
