Location.
The smell of smoke was unbearable, water lukewarm, toilet didn't flush correctly.

I would not recommend a smoking room to anyone. The smell was unbearable and far beyond any other smoking room that I've ever encountered. The window did not open, the toilet did not flush correctly and the water was lukewarm. On the positive side the staff was pleasant and the location good.

Friendly and helpful.
The musty smell and the lumpy bedding- the sheets and pad weren't a good fit.

Nice location, easy to get to. The back lot and entrance hopefully will improve after construction in the back is completed. Nice that they have rooms for pets as well. The room was nicely cooled, on arrival. minus the musty smell and the lumpy bedding it was great.
