The room had a strong stale smoke smell and we requested non-smoking. The hotel safe continuously beeped.

The room had a strong stale smoke smell and we requested non-smoking. The hotel safe continuously beeped and no one at hotel could do anything about it. We had to switch rooms at 1:30 am because we couldn't sleep. Terrible!

Some hotel personnel very helpful. One fixed charge problem in spite of owner intractability
Owner tried to charge credit card for stay. Refused responsibility. Lied to cover up.

Cleaning crew did a great job, but floor was dirty. Owner tried to cover up his mistake presumably to save face. Do not recommend this hotel.
