Older building, nicely restored and upkept. Very large spacious rooms. Never had to touch the thermostat even in the real cold winter weather. The room was very comfortable. Nicely decorated with lots of local arts and crafts on display and for sale. Good hot breakfast buffet for 1/2 price for hotel guests and 1/2 off first drink in the on-site lounge. These were not free. Somewhat annoying, but, not a big deterrent to staying there. Best Western property. They seem to do a real good job. The room had plenty of electrical outlets and free internet access. No fridges or microwaves, but, this was not a big deal to us. Free in-room coffee and cable TV was nice too. The hotel blends in well to its surroundings with its South-Western design and layout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It meets expectations of a 2 star hotel.

Old property with old furnishings, however pretty well kept up. If you need a luxurious bathroom this is not the place. Large room, quiet property, friendly and helpful staff. Great to be able to sit outside in the evening and visit. Poor quality, uninterested dancers who give you the minimum amount they would like for a donation. The hotel ought to drop this event.

This is a very old hotel, with lots of history and character. Considering its age, it has been updated and well-maintained. Great location on the main drag. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, offering to upgrade our room without our even asking.

We thought the Kachina Best Western, as one of the older chain hotels, was well maintained and charming. The pool was impressive, there are Kachina dancers on Saturday night during the summer, many of the staff members had worked there over ten years, and the art display was an added delight.
