It was close to all the places we needed to go. It was quiet, yet centrally located.
Access was problematic. Web site could use better directions.

Attractive, quiet hotel in the heart of downtown St. Paul, close to cultural and government activities.

We loved the king size bed. It was super comfortable.
The light in the bathroom didn't work very well. Flickered really bad and hard to see.

We have been here several times now and it has always been pretty good. We really enjoy the shuttle service.

The noisy groups of young people that were staying there at the same time.

Very nice accommodations. Definitely would recommend or stay there on my next trip.

Washroom fan was noisy.

Very nice location close to downtown, easy walking distance to anything in ST. Pauls. Easy to find. Food in the bar was good.

It was clean, nice and comfortable.
It smells like smoke even in the non-smoking areas

Our stay at the Kelly Inn Best Western was great. It served our purposes and was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that the hotel offers a free shuttle to the Xcel Energy Center and will choose this hotel in the future when I am in Saint Paul to see a concert.

Attractive room, nice view of Cathedral of Saint Paul right across the street.
Very noisy as it is adjacent to busy freeway. Bathroom was too small and showerhead too low.

Quick and easy check in. Room was far away from elevator and ice machine which is a plus for us. Room was clean and attractive. I used the exercise room which was also clean. King size bed was slightly uncomfortable. Although the bathroom was adequate, it was very small and in the shower you had to bend over to get your head under the showerhead. One real annoyance was that we got a wake-up call at 6:30 am which we didn't request. Then the next day we called the desk to make sure there wasn't another one placed. They said there wasn't, but sure enough the next morning, we got another wake-up call. This was not a business trip so we were not happy about being woken up that early both days of our stay. Otherwise it was a great value for the money. read more

Walking distance to all of downtown St Paul - Science museum, History museum, Capitol, Mississippi.
Pool area needs updating, maintenance.

The Kelly Inn Best Western is in a great location, servicing downtown St Paul. In walking distance of downtown attractions and University Avenue restaurant, shops. Near bus lines as well.
