The water pressure and temperature in the shower was great.
They gave me the wrong room number at first and I had to drag my bags everywhere.

I was good for the price overall. It was OK but I wouldn't stay again. It was a little noisy and everything was old inside the room. It was pretty clean though and the shower was powerful. The indoor pool looked green with a ring around the water line. Glad I didn't bring a suit ready to swim.

Nothing.
Personnel, Facility. Location.

The check in was testy. The young girl at the desk took FOUR phone calls while I was waiting to get checked in. The room they initially put me in had old, dirty, green carpet that had to be 30 years old!

Friendly, clean and nice.
Only one elevator at the end of the building.

The hotel is nothing fancy but does the job well for a hotel. If you want a good location hotel and nothing fancy. Overall a good experience with the hotel. Breakfast is good, especially the sausage gravy but the eggs are horrible.

The continental breakfast was very nice. Clean, good variety, delicious homemade waffles.
Very noisy location (highway with trucks zooming by at all hours). Workmen in way with all their drop cloths, tools, etc.

This hotel did not live up to the standards I have experienced at other Best Westerns. Carpets were badly stained, rooms were dingy and had an unpleasant odor. Shower drain did not work properly, lights were broken. I would not return to this particular hotel but would continue to try other Best Westerns. Front desk never asked how our stay was. I found that suspicious! And one small elevator is not enough for a 4 story hotel. read more

Location.
Road noise.

Hotel staff was awesome and room was very clean. However when we stayed their was some repairs being made. The heater for the pool and the hot tub was not working. The staff still made the stay very enjoyable and the management was awesome.

Location was great and very clean place too.
Need more towels for the pool.

I took my family here for a short get away. It turned out to be a very nice get away, clean and kids loved the pool while we loved the spa. Great price.

Hotel staff gave excellent directions when asked and were VERY friendly.
The room on the back side was a little noisy due to road noise but not bad.

The hotel was excellent for us. We were there for a funeral and my father was in a cast with a broken leg. All of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff, head housekeeper and even breakfast staff made us feel at home. Will definitely stay there again if we visit the area.
