Room layout nad free continental breakfast.

The room was small and poorly laid out - the free continental breakfast that was offered was very scanty because nobody had the key to the food storage room the staff offered no help for this problem, every other Best Western hotel we've stayed at has been fine, but this on was the worst Western we've seen.

The location was perfect for walking around Solvang.
Small room opening on to bathroom.

This room was very clean. They have done the best they can with what they have. The bath area has a small pedestal sink and faux granite. Coffee served in the morning was fresh, as was the bakery bread.

The location was perfect for shopping downtown Solvang.
The toilet was too small for my husband and the seat would not stay up without holding it up.

Friendly check-in, A/C working well, ideally located for downtown shopping. Sheets were not tucked in at all. As soon as you took blanket down, everything was loose. Nice room with nice decorations.

Easy access and right in the middle of the tourist district. Could walk to everything.

The hotel was not fancy, but it was clean and in the middle of the tourist district, easy to walk to most everything.
